3. Use of Photos, Videos & Names (IMPORTANT)

By participating in any UPTF activity, you grant UPTF the permanent right to use student/participant names, photographs, videos, and recordings without separate consent or payment/royalty.

These may be used on:

• Social media
• Posters, banners, brochures
• Advertisements and press releases

4. Data Sharing

• Exam coordinators, teachers, and volunteers.

Note: We are not responsible for misuse by third parties once data has been legally shared.

1. No Refund Policy (STRICT)

All fees paid are NON-REFUNDABLE. No refund will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Absence from the exam.
• Exam cancellation or rescheduling.
• Technical issues.
• Personal reasons for withdrawal.
• Participant disqualification.

Fees once paid cannot be claimed back.

2. Right to Modify Programs

UPTF reserves the full right to:

• Change exam dates, syllabus, format, or venue.
• Merge, cancel, or reschedule programs.
• Modify prizes, awards, or benefits.

No objection or claim regarding these modifications shall be entertained.

3. Promotional Rights

By participating, users grant UPTF:

• Unrestricted rights to use names, photos, and videos.
• Rights valid for lifetime and worldwide.
• Usage without notice or compensation.

4. Accuracy of Information

Users are solely responsible for providing correct and accurate details. UPTF is not responsible for any errors resulting from incorrect data provided by the user.

5. Results & Decisions

Evaluation, results, rankings, and awards are considered FINAL. No rechecking, revaluation, or dispute will be allowed.

6. Intellectual Property

All content belongs to UPTF and is protected, including:

• Exam papers and questions.
• Study materials.
• Logos and designs.
• Website content.

Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

UPTF shall not be liable for:

• Server downtime or website unavailability.
• Payment gateway failures.
• Internet or device connectivity issues.

8. Termination Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes shall be West Bengal.
